- Edge banding: 2mm PVC rubber edge, machine-repaired + manually trimmed—no sharp edges, no peeling
- Screen frame: Aluminum with 1.2mm wall thickness, zinc alloy fittings with 2.5mm wall thickness—rock solid
- Screen panel: 30mm thickened E1 grade plate with oxidative sandblasted aluminum finish
- Frosted strip glass: Lets natural light through while maintaining privacy between seats
