The table top
- 25mm thick E1 grade solid wood pellet substrate. E1 means low emissions—better for indoor air quality. The solid wood core resists warping, even in Manila’s humidity.
- 2mm PVC rubber edge banding. Applied by machine, then hand-trimmed. This matters because cheap edge banding peels after a few months. Ours doesn’t.
The screens
- 30mm thick overall. Solid enough to feel substantial, not so thick that they eat up workspace.
- Aluminum frame with 1.2mm wall thickness. Paired with zinc alloy fittings that are 2.5mm thick. This is the kind of hardware that doesn’t loosen over time.
- 30mm E1 grade plate for the panel itself. Same material standard as the desk top.
- Oxidative sandblasted aluminum finish. Gives it a clean, professional look that doesn’t show fingerprints and scratches the way glossy finishes do.
